We currently offer UK-wide delivery.

We group our items in to 3 categories to determine their postage costs:
Small Items: £3.99
E.g. our wooden or rusty metal letters & numbers
Medium Items: £4.99
Large Items: £9.99
We also group our shipping costs together so that if you order more than one item you will pay only one fee which is set by the bulkiest item in your basket.
For example; if you were to order a water bottle and a bath board, the total delivery cost would be £9.99.

We create, personalise and dispatch all items within 1-2 weeks and you will be notified once your order is en route.

Our items are sent via 1st Class Delivery so please refer to the  Royal Mail website for up to date estimations.

We always create and package our items with the utmost care and attention but are aware that sometimes things can go wrong in transit. Our returns policy is below:
Personalised or custom-made items:
These items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty (please see below).
Personalisation is carried out by copying exactly what is provided in the comments box when you check out so please do make sure this information is correct.
Custom-made pieces are made exactly to the measurements and specification provided in the comments box when you check out so please do make sure this information is correct.
Standardised items:
Items that don’t require personalisation or are not custom made may be returned in original condition within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition and in the original packaging.
We do not cover the cost of return postage.
Sale Items:
I’m afraid we don’t offer returns on sale items unless damaged or faulty (please see below).
Damaged or faulty items:
All items are checked for imperfections, faults or damage before being dispatched, however, should damage occur during delivery or if an item displays a fault on arrival, please send a photo(s) to us and we will replace the item ASAP if we are in agreement that the damage has been caused en route.
Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of dispatch.
For all returns:
Please email us with your request and include both the reason for the return as well as proof of purchase.

We do not cover the cost of return postage.
We will notify you once your item has been received and will then process a return payment via PayPal. You should receive the funds immediately following the transaction.

Amendments can be made within 24 hours of ordering- please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.

“Local pickup” is available from Lancing BN15 or Patcham BN1- just select the option that suits you best at checkout. You can then respond to your order confirmation email and we will come back to you to provide full address details and to arrange your collection.
